This was previously an offshore power station, providing electricity for part of the city. It is now slap bang in the middle of a residential area several km inland, coming to rest right on top of some houses (and squashing them flat). It does give you a sense of the height of the water – as the houses around it are barely damaged it must have gone above them, and the ship itself must draw at least a couple of metres.
